In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to address any concerns you may have prior to your next visit and assure you that we are following strict health guidelines to ensure the safest possible working environment for all who are scheduled for an appointment. The safety of our staff and patients is our first priority and as such, we have been following certain safety measures:
CHECK-IN: To mitigate the spread of bacteria before your appointment, we will send a confirmation text message that will prompt you to fill out online paperwork. If you are not able to do so, paper copies of the forms are available at the office and a disinfected pen will be provided to fill them out in person.
FEELING ILL: Upon arrival, we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering our office. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we will promptly reschedule your appointment for another time.
FACE MASKS: The state of Oregon still requires healthcare facilities to use masks. All staff will be masked and if a patient does not have a mask one can be provided at the entrance.
CLEANING & SANITIZING: We will disinfect all equipment, tools, and surfaces before and after each patient. Regarding incoming patients, we will require you to wash your hands with soap for at least 30 seconds.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP & DROPBOX: If you are picking up eyewear, we offer curbside pick-up and will bring them to your car. If you are needing assistance to fix broken frames, lenses, etc. you may leave a note with the eyewear and place it in our dropbox near the entrance.
We look forward to seeing you all soon!
